Q - Why doesn't the ref call (or not call) what I see?
A - Each person's angle on any given play is different. One angle may show a clear call, while only a slightly different angle shows a no call situation or a different angle may have a player keeping you or the ref from seeing what is happening. It is up to the ref to make calls based on what they see or do not see.
Q - On throw-ins, I see players feet on the sideline - why doesn't this get whisteled
A - Feet Position - as long as part of each foot is either on the touch line or on the ground outside the touch line (even if just the heels are on the touhcline).
